Delivery Policy
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard and express delivery options across New Zealand.
- Free shipping is available for orders over NZD $150.
International Shipping
- We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times vary by location.
- Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Local Delivery & Clinic Pickup
- Local delivery is available for addresses within the North Island of New Zealand.
- You can also choose to pick up your order at our clinic located at 170 Parnell Road, Parnell, 1052, Auckland. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
Delivery Issues
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@doctordoering.co.nz within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly.
